Honey you can verify

Everything printed on the jar in one grid: analysis, origin, barcode.

Analysis to GOST 19792-2001, from the back of the 500 g Wildflower jar

Moisture

within norm

19%

Ripe honey is dry. Too much water and it may ferment.

Diastase number

within norm

10.9

A bee enzyme. Heat destroys it, so a high number means the honey was never overheated.

Crystallised? That is how it should be: the pollen is still in the honey.

How we work

From nectar to shipment

Five steps, and at each one the honey stays the way the bees made it.

  1. Bee on a yellow flower

    01

    Nectar

Bees gather nectar in the Zaamin reserve from spring to autumn. More than 700 plant species grow there, and nothing is sprayed.

  2. Frame with capped comb

    02

    Comb

Honey ripens in the comb. We harvest it ourselves, from our own hives, and never blend it with honey from elsewhere.

  3. XIVA honey jars and a wooden honey dipper

    03

    No filtering

We do not pass the honey through fine filters, so the pollen stays in. Over time such honey crystallises, and that is normal.

  4. Back of the label with analysis results

    04

    Analysis

Moisture 19% against a limit of 21%, diastase number 10.9 against a minimum of 7. These figures are printed on the back of the jar.

  5. Rows of XIVA honey jars with gold seals

    Packing and shipping

Packed in Jizzakh, from 500 g jars to 30 kg pails. Every export shipment has passed quarantine inspection in the destination country.
